p!ng has made a key hire: Bradley Minnich, our new Director of Operations.

Why Bradley?

Bradley started as the very first employee to help open a franchise group's first Tropical Smoothie Cafe location in New England — learning the business from the ground up. He worked his way up to District Manager, overseeing multi-unit operations across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, and hiring, training, and managing hundreds of employees along the way. He was recognized at Tropical Smoothie's National Convention as both Multi-Unit Manager of the Year and Single-Unit Manager of the Year — a rare double honor.

• 8+ years of progressive QSR and beverage operations leadership, across QSR, fast casual, and full-service concepts

• ~98% average health and food safety inspection scores and ~91% average guest satisfaction (OSAT) scores across his district — Bradley is relentlessly customer-focused and believes details are the customer experience

• Deep franchise operations expertise — P&L ownership, labor and food cost control, vendor management, inventory systems, and location turnarounds

Bradley knows this world inside and out — he's been both the person writing the playbook and the person doing the work alongside the team.
